The primary concern of Company’s Management is the provision of high Quality Manning Services, delivered on time, at competitive pricing, in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
All GLOBAL SEAWAYS activities shall:

- Satisfy expectation / needs of customers and shareholders
- Be Aligned with National and International Normative and Legislative Obligations
We accomplish this through continuous improvement of our services by committing to the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 and continually improving the QMS effectiveness, through process control, supplier monitoring and development, employee involvement and management commitment.
The Policy Statement of GLOBAL SEAWAYS is a firm Commitment of Managing Director and applies to all Company’s Departments, Personnel and Activities.
The implementation of this Policy as well as operation of the Quality System is under the full Authority and Responsibility of the Company’s Management Representative.
GLOBAL SEAWAYS Quality Policy shall be communicated to all personnel and regularly reviewed for continuous suitability.
GLOBAL GATEWAY CREWING SERVICES QUALITY POLICY
The Policy of Global Gateway Crewing Services, Inc., is to provide all Principals with Manpower to Ocean-going Vessels that consistently exceed their expectations in relation to Quality, Safety, Reliability, Principal Service and Environmental Responsibilities.
Global Gateway Crewing Services, Inc., is totally committed to achieving the highest Management standards with particular emphasis placed upon safe working practices and continuous improvement of the skills of personnel.
The commitment to Quality includes the provision of safe working practices, a safe working environment, prevention of pollution, establishing safeguards against all identified risks, evaluating Audit results, analysing the cause of non-conformances and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Global Gateway Crewing Services, Inc., is committed to enhancing Principal requirements and the continual improvement and effectiveness of the Quality Management System. This Policy is appropriate for the purpose of the Organization and provides the framework for establishing objectives which are then reviewed. There is a constant drive to satisfy our Principals, while always being mindful of our responsibility to Philippine Legislation, Standards, Employees and the broader community.
This involves encouraging the active participation, endeavour and contribution of ideas from all personnel. These high standards of work and safety will be achieved by operating a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Nautilus Pacific Maritime Training Center Inc., is committed to provide all its trainees a quality training services that are consistently under STCW 2010 as well as to comply with the rules and regulation issued and imposed by the Philippine Maritime Industry (MARINA). It is likewise aim of NPMTCI to exceed its client expectation through continuous improvement of NPMTCI Quality Management System; thus professional “Par Excellence” training services.
This commitment aims to safeguard the professional leadership of the Filipino Seafarers in the international shipping community. In order to achieve such commitment NPMTCI had develop its quality policy and procedure in line with the Standard requirement of ISO 9001:2015. NPMTCI shall ensure through its vision and mission to uphold its name and reputation by means of meeting its commitment in providing quality training to its trainees.
